Emma has over 13 years\u2019 experience managing nurseries and has gained a wealth of knowledge that she uses to embed safe, stimulating and purposeful play opportunities for the children. Emma works across all age ranges, ensuring the ambitious curriculum and continuous provision keeps children motivated and engaged so they develop a love of life-long learning. Emma is the Designated Safeguarding Lead, the SENCO and the Health and Safety Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anita Laidlaw \u2013 Maternity Cover Manager, Senco & Designated Safeguarding Lead and Forest School Lead<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Anita is a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner and manages the nursery. Anita has over 23 years\u2019 experience, 8 of these have been in management roles. Throughout the years of experience and training Anita has gained knowledge to support the children of all ages and the staff to implement and embed safe, stimulating and purposeful opportunities for the children. Anita works across all ages however she is a trained forest school leader providing an engaging and stimulating environment. Anita is Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENCO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The owners Mrs Kirsty Bavister and Dr Beejal Mistry between them have over 30 years experience working in Early Years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mrs Kirsty Bavister has an Early Years Degree and has many years experience working in Early Years; majority of these were working as the Manager. Kirsty has vast experience of working with preschool children; planning learning to develop children\u2019s understanding. She has good understanding of managing a nursery, along with the fulfilling legislative obligations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr Beejal Mistry has a PhD in child development and has worked in Early Years for over 10 years of which she has worked as the Deputy Manager. Prior to working in Early Years Beejal worked as a research psychologist for the Ministry of Defence and has gained experience in change management, training and applied research. Beejal applies her child development understanding to enhance children\u2019s learning and support parents.
